If you are referring to Ola, then only Singaporean household who meet the criteria can buy
For Single PR, can consider resale EC or private property instead
How many bedrooms are you looking at and which area you prefer?

1) OLA is a new EC that is only meant for the SC families.
2) Single PR is only eligible to select MOP EC (EC that had already collected keys for 5 years) or private residence.
